Both Zoom’s Privacy Policy (attached) and Zoom’s K-12 Schools & Districts Privacy Policy are designed to reflect our compliance with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Federal Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable laws. It is important to note that where LogMeIn handles personal information on behalf of or at the direction of its customers through their use of our Services, LogMeIn is the “processor” (and/or “service provider” under the CCPA) or the equivalent legal construct under applicable law of that data and LogMeIn’s use, processing, and handling of such data is done pursuant to the written instructions of its customers in the form of the Terms of Service, Data Processing Addendum, and/or any similar written agreement between the parties. Your country, city and region may be available to us from your IP collected by the SDK or other Data Sources or from other data shared with us by third parties (for example through RTB integration).

An investigation by Motherboard revealed that Zoom's iOS app was sending user analytics data to Facebook, even for Zoom users who did not have a Facebook account, via the app's interaction with Facebook's Graph API. Also, the Attention Tracker does not allow Zoom to monitor what takes place in a meeting, and does not apply to meetings where screen sharing is not turned on. If you attend a Zoom meeting or webinar as a participant, the host (or their account administrator) may have enabled Attention Tracking. You have control over what non-essential cookies you accept. When a user interacts with Usabilla, it will store the device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen size, browser language, page load time, URL and total time spent on a page or campaign. This feature is operational only when a host is sharing their screen. If you attend a Zoom meeting or webinar as a participant, the host may choose to record the session, and if so, the host is responsible for obtaining consent from you. When a host chooses to do that, Zoom does not have any control over the recording.
